SMEG Coffee Grinder

The coffee grinder allows you to grind your own coffee beans and enjoy the freshest, most-authentic-tasting coffee at home.  Coffee beans are placed directly into the larger Tritan™ bean hopper on top of the coffee grinder, and the stainless steel conical burrs below grind the beans to produce a homogeneous grind that preserves all of the delicious coffee aromas without altering the flavor. The lever on the side of the machine enables you to select the grind level in a simple and intuitive way, with up to 30 different grinding levels to choose from. This simple way of grinding your own coffee beans allows you to alter the consistency of your grinds depending on your brewing method: espresso machine, moka stove-top pots, drip coffee machines, or French presses, you can choose the right grain for every machine and taste.  Preset functions can be found on the backlit control knob; two functions for fine grinding, six functions for medium-to-coarse grinding, a manual function, as well as a start & stop button.  Once the beans are grinded by the conical burr, an intuitive antistatic system integrated within the coffee tunnel controls powder spillage by limiting the spread around the machine and countertop, improving usability, and ensuring no wastage.
